Yes, all clients must sign a contract before any work commences. You will receive the cleaning scope and contract via email. It is the client’s responsibility to read it carefully and sign the contract. Once the client signs the contract, we will begin the job. However, we do not have any lock-in contracts. If the client is not satisfied with the cleaning standards, they will have the opportunity to terminate the contract with a maximum of four weeks’ notice.

Yes, our supervisors or managers conduct inspections regularly to maintain cleaning standards. Every client will receive a copy of the inspection report via our system.

 

No, the client does not need to provide any equipment, or chemicals. We have the latest machines and commercial and hospital-grade chemicals. However, if the client requests that we use their machines, we will do so under certain conditions.
